Are your products good for people managing diabetes and their blood sugar?
Nutreats have a low glycemic load of only 2, which is important when you’re trying to manage your blood sugar. This remarkably low figure was determined through extensive clinical trials that were conducted by Inquis Clinical Research. Nutreats also contain no added sugar and are loaded with prebiotic fiber. Will erythritol raise my blood sugar levels?
We specifically chose to use organic erythritol as one of the sweeteners in Nutreat because it has no effect on blood glucose levels. Erythritol is the only sugar alcohol that can't be broken down by the body so it’s mostly eliminated instead of absorbed.
